| I ordered an item from the sale but you have sold out. Can I put it on back order?
In certain circumstances this may be possible. We recommend you email us and we will get back to you if the item will be back in stock and the time frame.
| Can I change or cancel my order?
If you ordered the wrong size, colour or time or regret the order you can email us at email@example.com immediately while your order is still in the “Awaiting Fulfillment” or “Pending” stages. If the item has not been sent we can cancel it for you straight away. Otherwise, you will need to follow the procedure set out in our Return and Refund policy.
| What if I am not sure about the size?
In many cases where sizes are slightly smaller than general we have included a size chart with the product description. If you do not find it in the description images we have included a size chart at the footer or email us for advice.
| What are the delivery rates?
We have a free shipping policy worldwide. If you want to return a product you will need to pay for the return charges. For any exchange of the product we Yoga Shop Center will pay for the delivery.
| Do I pay sales tax or VAT?
All the prices on the site include VAT and sales tax at current US rates.
| My items have not arrived?
You can track your order via our order tracking link at the footer or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
